Bali packages from India

We don't book your Bali trip.
We run it.

Most Bali packages sold in India are resold — your enquiry gets forwarded to a company in Denpasar who actually operates the trip. We are that company. Our own driver-guides, our own vehicles, our own villa partners, twenty years in travel.

The difference

No middleman. That changes what we can do for you.

Every agency shows you the same photos. The question worth asking is who actually runs the trip once you've paid.

Our own driver-guides

The same driver for your whole trip, not whoever was cheapest that morning. They know which Kintamani viewpoint is empty at 9am and which temple gets a coach party at eleven.

Our own vehicles

You'll spend three or four hours a day in the car — it matters more than the hotel. Ours are our own, with aircon that works and cold water in the cooler.

Direct villa relationships

We contract our properties ourselves, so we know which pool villa actually has privacy and which "sea view" faces a car park. And we can hold a room without waiting on a supplier.

What it means in practice: quotes come back the same day rather than in three working days, the price you're shown is the price you pay, and if your flight shifts at 11pm there's someone in Bali who answers — not a call centre in another country.

Packages

Real prices, land only

Every price below covers accommodation, all transfers, touring with a private car and driver, and taxes. Flights are quoted separately so you can use your own miles or a fare you've found yourself.

What's in the price, and what isn't

The most common complaint about Bali packages is the bill growing after booking. Here's the honest split.

In their words

Trips our team has already run

Baliwala is a new name, but not a new team — we've been operating trips in Bali for twenty years. These are travellers whose holidays we ran, published with their permission.

[Paste the traveller's own words — two or three sentences is the sweet spot. The most persuasive reviews mention something specific: the driver's name, a hotel, a moment that went right when it could have gone wrong.]
[First name + surname initial] [City] · [Package] · [Month Year]
[Second review. Pick one from a different trip type to the first — if one is a honeymoon, make this a family trip, so between them they cover more of what a visitor might be.]
[First name + surname initial] [City] · [Package] · [Month Year]
[Third review. If you have one that mentions a problem you fixed, use it here — a review that admits something went wrong and was handled reads as far more credible than three flawless ones.]

Want to speak to someone who's travelled with us? Ask, and we'll put you in touch with a recent traveller directly. We can do that because we ran their trip ourselves.

How it works

Three steps, and one of them is your holiday

Dates, how many of you, roughly what you want to spend. That's enough to start — you don't need a plan.

Bali basics for Indian travellers

The things worth knowing before you book

No agency should be vague about this. Here are the numbers as they stand.

₹2,950

Visa on arrival

Indian passports get a visa on arrival for 30 days, extendable once. There's no embassy visit and no appointment. Anyone charging you ₹8,000 for a "Bali visa service" is charging for a form you can fill in yourself.

₹750

Bali tourist levy

A separate government levy per person, and the thing most Indian travellers only discover at the airport. Pay it online before you fly. We pre-pay it for our guests at no charge.

Apr–Oct

Dry season

The best months. July and August are gorgeous but prices roughly double. The value window most people miss is April to June, and September — dry, quieter, cheaper.

6 nights

The minimum that works

Bali looks small but traffic makes a 40km drive take two hours. Four nights means most of your holiday happens in a car. Six is the shortest trip that doesn't feel rushed.

Questions

Straight answers

Why should I trust a company I found on Instagram?

You shouldn't, on the strength of an Instagram page alone. So ask us for the contact details of recent travellers and speak to them directly — we'll connect you. We can offer that because we run the trips ourselves rather than passing them on, so there's always someone who can vouch for us. Ask any reseller to do the same and watch what happens.

Why are your prices land only rather than including flights?

Because you can almost always beat us on the flight. Fares from India to Denpasar swing widely, many travellers have miles or a card offer, and bundling the ticket just hides our actual margin. We'll happily quote flights alongside — but you'll see them as a separate line.

How quickly will I get a quote?

The same day, usually within a couple of hours during working hours. We're not waiting on a supplier in Bali to reply, because we are the supplier.

Is Bali good for a honeymoon in the rainy season?

It can be, if you plan for it. November to March brings afternoon downpours and rougher seas, so Nusa Penida boat trips get cancelled. If your dates are fixed in that window we'll build an Ubud and villa-heavy itinerary instead of a beach-and-island one, and tell you honestly what you'll miss.

Do you handle family trips with young children or elderly parents?

Yes, and it's a big part of what we do. It mostly comes down to pacing and the right areas — Nusa Dua and Sanur over Kuta, shorter driving days, hotels with lifts. Tell us who's travelling and we'll build around them.

What happens if something goes wrong while I'm in Bali?

You call our Bali number, any hour. Our own team handles it — a car breakdown, a hotel problem, a flight change. That's the practical difference between booking with an operator and booking with a reseller.

How do I pay, and is a deposit required?

Bank transfer or UPI, with a deposit to confirm and the balance before travel. You'll get a written confirmation voucher listing every hotel, transfer and inclusion before you pay the balance.
